Thank you for your reply. Apparently your company is an exception to the rule in regards to honest, old fashioned customer service. I'm so disheartened these days by the companies which encourage the consumer to "Contact Us by clicking or calling...." but never respond. You have certainly retained me as a potential future customer (when money becomes available to purchase more decor). Again, thank you for your offer...and for knowing how to run a business the right way. I've been "behind the counter" (in the hardware business) for many years and I've always told my people, "The customer is not always right - but the customer is always...still the customer - until they're not."
